ENECHANGE EV Charge Availability Information Now Accessible via EV Car Navigation by NAVITIME App
From January 24, 2023 (Tue.), information on the availability of ENECHANGE EV Charge, the EV charging service operated by ENECHANGE Ltd., will be available on the EV Car Navigation by NAVITIME app, NAVITIME JAPAN Co. Ltd’s car navigation app for electric vehicles (EV).
On the map of EV Car Navi by NAVITIME the EV charging port icon displays real-time availability (blue: empty, red: full). If there are empty stands, the number of available stands is also displayed. You can also check the number of vehicles and the availability information on the detailed info screen on the EV charging ports. This function is available free of charge.
ENECHANGE has set a goal of investing up to 30 billion yen to install 30,000 EV regular chargers in Japan by 2027. In particular, the company is focusing on destination charging, in which a portion of the electricity used to arrive at a destination can be used to charge the vehicle, and is actively promoting installation at lodging facilities, leisure facilities, golf courses, and other such locations.
