From February 3, 2025, the nationwide eligible chargers of ENECHANGE EV Charge will be accessible via ENEOS Charge Plus payment services, including the ENEOS Charge Plus app, ENEOS Charge Plus membership card, and EneKey (excluding mobile EneKey).
Starting 3 February 2025, ENECHANGE EV Charge will be accessible through the ENEOS Charge Plus app, the ENEOS Charge Plus charging membership card, and EneKey.

Overview of cooperation

Starting February 3, 2025, members of “ENEOS Charge Plus App”, “ENEOS Charge Plus Charging membership card,” and “EneKey” (excluding mobile EneKey) can now use ENECHANGE EV Charge’s Level 2 charging ports.*1
Consequently, the “ENECHANGE EV Charge” 6kW Level 2 charging port network  can now be used with the existing EV Charging ENECHANGE app, charging cards provided by e-Mobility Power and various automobile companies, TOYOTA Wallet, as well as ENEOS’s payment services: ENEOS Charge Plus EV Charging App, ENEOS Charge Plus membership card, and EneKey. The charging rates are 3.85 JPY/min (tax included) for 3kW output and 7.7 JPY/min (tax included) for 6kW output.*2
As a celebration of the EV charging roaming partnership, ENEOS will conduct the “ENEOS Charge Plus × ENECHANGE EV Charge Collaboration Commemorative Campaign.” If you use ENECHANGE affiliated charging ports with ENEOS Charge Plus payment method*3, you will receive a 30% discount on charging bills. Additionally, 50 customers who spend 1,000 JPY (tax included) or more during the campaign will be randomly selected to receive original “ENEOS Charge Plus × ENECHANGE EV Charge” items.
